This form is used to create a new account. The lot and address are validated against the lot info in the database.

User Name must is restricted to 25 characters

E-mail must be a valid address

Lot/Address validation has the following rules:

Lot and address are NOT case sensitive

Lot provides the following translations automatically:

Drive = Dr = Drv

Court = Ct = Crt

Lane = Ln

All periods are ignored in the address
