"For the Governor and Federal officials, you must use their e-mail form on their website. You fill out your name etc on their form and check "environmental" for the subject. Then you copy the body of the letter from our website into the box that they provide for the body of the e-mail. It's not difficult to do and it beats re-typing the message."
