RESIDENTS' AGES:

. The median age Windings resident is 47 years old.
. There are at least 21 residents in their 30's and one who is turning 100!
. In our 2003 survey, the average number of years a family had lived in The Windings was 10.5 years, this has probably increased.

HOME IMPROVERS:

23% of homeowner respondents recently completed a major home or landscape improvement project and 21% were planning to start one.  (Landscaping of the Villas and Manor homes is provided by their respective homeowners associations; those works and plans were not counted by this survey.)

NEIGHBORHOOD DIGITAL WATCH:

Over 130 residents' email inboxes and cell phones are now enrolled in our neighborhood "Digital Watch" Alert system.
