Windings Homeowners Association is incorporated as a nonprofit organization to promote the safety and well being of the residents and to maintain and improve property values . The association owns and maintains the recreational facilities and common grounds. The Homeowners Association is the definition of fiscal responsibility, with a balanced annual budget and a strong capital reserve conservatively invested.

The association membership consists of the 380 homeowners in the community. The WHA is managed by a nine member board of directors. Board members are elected by the membership for a three year term.

The Board of Directors manages the following committees:

• landscape & maintenance,
• safety & security,
• clubhouse rentals,
• swimming pool,
• social activities,
• architectural review,
• publicity,
• covenant compliance,
• soil conservation & woodland management.

The Association meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:30 pm in the clubhouse. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.  For questions or comments, please contact us .
